- Weekly Website Uptime Checks
- 10 hour allocation for Tech Support or front end/backend changes per month.
- Tech Support between 08h00 and 18h00 Monday – Saturday
- Important Notice: If the website goes offline/ experiences technical issues, we will apply the included 10-hour IT support to investigate and possibly resolve. Any additional hours required will be quoted on at a support fee of R350ph.
