What does it all mean?
Website updates entail: Database updates; php updates (if the client hosts with ecomli or Site Hut).
Web Application/Plugin Updates
This includes the updating of all plugins and web applications on the website. This service does not include the updates of paid plugins/software/web applications.
Website Uptime Checks
This service entails the Daily (weekdays) or weekly load of the website (depending on the plan chosen) to check for any abnormalities, glitches or issues on the website.
Status & Health Report
This is a report generated and sent once a month. This report showcases the health and status of the website among other things.
This service entails technical support related to the website. We attend glitches, problems and abnormalities on the website. Tech support is charged R350 per hour unless included in the plan (gold/platinum).
This entails any design changes that need to be done in the front-end of the website. Design labour is charged at R500 per hour unless included in the plan (Platinum) or added as an optional additional service in a plan.
